14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to feel confident trying OpenReels. If you’re not happy with the service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@openreels.io with the email address associated with your account. We’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
After 14 Days
After the 14-day window, refunds are not available for the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings and you’ll keep access until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the billing, sales tax, and refund transactions on our behalf.
